Carlos Tevez has not been included in the Argentina squad for next month's World Cup qualifiers against Bolivia and Colombia.

The Manchester City striker is embroiled in a bitter row with the Premier League leaders, but team-mates Pablo Zabaleta and Sergio Aguero have been called up by Argentina coach Alejandro Sabella.

Aguero scored in City's 6-1 win over derby rivals Manchester United last Sunday, making it 10 goals in 11 games since his summer switch from Atletico Madrid.

Also figuring in the 21-man squad are Barcelona star Lionel Messi and Javier Pastore, the Paris St Germain midfielder.

Tevez was fined two weeks' wages on Thursday after being found guilty of refusing to warm up as a substitute during City's 2-0 Champions League defeat at Bayern Munich last month.

Exiled

Tevez has since served a club suspension before being forced to train alone and now with City's youth team, and his last game was City's Carling Cup tie against Birmingham on 21st September.

Argentina began their 2014 World Cup qualifying campaign with a 4-1 win over Chile earlier this month but then suffered a 1-0 shock defeat in Venezuela.

Their next qualifier is against Bolivia in Buenos Aires on 11th November before travelling to face Colombia in Barranquilla four days later.
