Toulouse midfielder Moussa Sissoko claims Manchester City and Lyon have both shown an interest in signing him.
The France Under 21 international has alerted a number of major clubs after starring in Toulouse's fourth-placed finish in Ligue 1 last season.
Sissoko, 20, has also been linked with Manchester United during the summer but he insists he will not be distracted by any transfer speculation.
"I try not to take too much interest in all this because I want to concentrate on my football," he told L'Equipe.
"Yes, it's nice to see that such clubs are interested in me. But I work with my club, and I let my uncle (Bakari Sanogo), who is my agent, deal with it.
"And if something should happen, it will. But for now, I'm in Toulouse, and I'm fine."
When pressed as to which clubs he was referring to, Sissoko replied: "It is the name of City (Manchester) who appears, and Lyon from time to time.
"But I try not to take much notice. It is the job of my agent, and mine is on the field. I want to best prepare for the best season in Toulouse, and especially on doing better than last year."
Mali-born Sissoko is uncapped at senior level but is hoping to force his way into new France coach Laurent Blanc's plans for the upcoming friendly against Norway on 11th August.
"There will be a new coach, and now everything is possible.
"If my team does well, and there are positive results, it may be beneficial for me. I will work, and I hope to be called on August 11."
