NEC Nijmegen have revealed that they are willing to allow Jonas Olsson to leave "at a good offer."
Although there hasn't been an official approach for the defender there are several clubs eyeing the performances of the 24-year-old.
Newcastle and Ipswich are among the English teams watching developments closely and the club could be tempted to sell if a good offer comes in.
"Jonas has gone through a great development, that's why the interest doesn't surprise me," says technical director Carlos Aalbers in Voetbal International.
"He still has got a contract until 2009, so we are only open for an in between leave at a good offer."
Trainer Mario Been is among the backroom staff that doesn't want to see Olsson leave.
"We know that Jonas is followed," he said. "But of course I hope that he will also play for us in 2008.
"Jonas is an important switch. It is no coincidence that we get so little goals against us this season."
