Fabian Delph believes that Aston Villa's young squad are playing without fear as they attempt to avoid the drop.

Villa moved five points clear of the bottom three after Monday night's impressive 6-1 win over Sunderland and they now find themselves in 16th place.

Paul Lambert's side face Norwich on Saturday in another vital game at the foot of the table, but Delph says his team-mates are relishing the task.

"We are young players and we have fire in our bellies," the midfielder said.

"It might sound mad but we are not feeling that much pressure. We are going out there and enjoying it.

"We have been selected to do a job and that is what we have been doing.

"We will work 100 per cent in every game. If it is not going for us we will still keep going."
