Blackburn midfielder Josh Morris is back at Fleetwood after extending his loan deal until the end of the campaign.
The 23-year-old underlined his importance to the Cod Army by scoring twice in his final game against Swindon before returning to Rovers. Morris first moved to Highbury last February and helped the club into League One. He came back at the start of the season and has made 25 appearances already for Graham Alexander's men. "We are delighted Josh has come back to the club for the remainder of the season," Alexander told Fleetwood's official website. "The chairman managed to sort the deal out with Blackburn Rovers and we are really pleased we have secured Josh's services until the end of the season. "He has done great for us since he has been here. Blackburn have a high-quality squad and it has been difficult for Josh to establish himself but he has found with us a chance to play regular first-team football. "He gets on well with everyone and Josh is a pleasure to work with. "I spoke to Josh on Wednesday morning about coming back and he was very pleased it had all been sorted. "That is great to see. We are happy to have him back on board and we are looking forward to the second half of the season."
