England Under 21 international focused on keeping Rovers up

Blackburn Rovers midfielder Jason Lowe has urged his team-mates to retain their passing style despite being in the relegation zone. Rovers have lost their last two games and are currently in the bottom three on goal difference, but their recent form has been encouraging. Steve Kean will take his team to West Brom on Saturday and Lowe believes they have to focus on their results, rather than thinking about what their rivals are doing.

Pressure

"You've just got to play the games," he told the club's official website. "The more you think about things you are naturally going to be putting more pressure on yourself. "It is just about playing as well as you possibly can and seeing what happens at the end of it. "We know that if we play as well as we can in the games that we've got coming up, we've got every chance of getting maximum points in most games."
Relying
He added: "If you can get yourself in a position where you are not relying on results then that is what you've got to aim for. "If you are relying on other results then it is not the best way to try and get the job done. "We'll try and get maximum points in the games coming up and we'll see where it puts us. "As long as we do our job then we'll be fine. It is every team for itself, we've just got to make sure we get more than the others."
