Dutch club near to completing two signings

Vitesse are on the brink of signing young midfielder Radosav Petrovic from Partizan Belgrade. The 22-year-old, capped 18 times for Serbia, has been linked with a host of European clubs this summer. Eredivisie club Vitesse appear to have won the race for Petrovic's signature and reports in the Serbian media suggest they will pay €3million (£2.7m) for his services. Meanwhile, the Dutch side are also reportedly close to signing 20-year-old forward Renato Ibarra of Ecuadorian side El Nacional. It is understood Ibarra still has to agree personal terms with Vitesse and the transfer is also subject to a medical. Technical director Ted van Leuewen told the club's official website: "Ibarra is a very big talent in South America. He is a right winger but can also play as a right midfielder." If the deal materialises, Ibarra will miss the start of the Eredivisie season because he is on international duty with Ecuador at the Under-20 World Cup in Colombia.
