Rotherham have completed their first signing of the summer with the capture of Marcus Marshall.
The 20-year-old attacker, who spent a successful loan stint at the Millers towards the end of last season and made 22 appearances, joins on a free transfer from Blackburn.
Chief operating officer Paul Douglas said: "Marcus has impressed during his loan spell with the club so we are delighted to have now signed him on a permanent basis.
"He is a bright individual who is still very young. He was well thought of at Blackburn but the step up to Premier League football is huge.
"He has the potential to go on and do very well for this club and we look forward to seeing him develop over the next two seasons."
