FC Twente have completed the signing of Luuk de Jong from De Graafschap.
The 18-year-old will join Steve McClaren's side in the summer after agreeing terms.
De Jong has played just a dozen games for De Graafshap, but McClaren spotted his talent and has moved to land him on a three-year deal.
"Luuk is a very talented player who gained experience during this season and has developed very well," said de Jong.
"He told us he wants to develop his game further and we are delighted to offer him that chance."
Twente are also said to be keen on NAC Breda's Matthew Amoah.
Although the player has insisted he has heard nothing, saying: "I have read it in the newspapers too. My agent has said nothing to me, neither has my club."
Twente are said to be looking around at potential striking options as Austrian star Marko Arnautovic is being linked with a number of clubs.
Aston Villa and Roma have been linked in recent months, while Blackburn are also said to have joined the hunt for his signature.
