Matt Derbyshire scored his first goal for Olympiakos on Wednesday to send them into the Greek Cup semi-finals.
The England Under 21 international, who joined Olympiakos on loan from Blackburn in one of the surprise moves of the January transfer window, proved to be the hero in the win over PAOK Saloniki.
Derbyshire came off the bench to head home the winner in the second period of extra time to earn Olympiakos a 2-0 victory to see them progress 2-1 on aggregate.
"Its very important to me to score my first goal with Olympiakos' shirt in such a big game," said Derbyshire.
"It was very impatient to get my first goal in Greece. I dedicate it to the fans of Olympiakos who supported me and once again they created an amazing atmoshpere at Karaiskaki.
"The most important thing of course is that Olympiakos managed to get into the next round out of the competition."
The 22-year-old's goal helps Olympiakos maintain their bid for a league and cup double this season.
Olympiakos will meet Asteras Tripolis in the last four as Derbyshire looks to pick up some silverware this term.
