Blackburn star David Bentley has revealed the bust-up at West Ham's equaliser continued during the half-time break.
Rovers duo Christopher Samba and David Dunn confronted each other in the wake of Dean Ashton's equaliser in West Ham's 2-1 win at Upton Park.
Dunn was unhappy with Samba's defending as Ashton turned the big centre-back with ease to cancel out Roque Santa Cruz's early opener.
Both players had to be separated by team-mates and Bentley admitted the inquest carried on into the dressing room at the break.
"It did all kick off. You win and lose as a team. It carried on in the dressing room but it was all constructive," Bentley told The Mirror.
"We didn't want it to happen again in the second half so we told him (Samba) not to do it."
