David Dunn feels he is finally finding form after returning to Blackburn.

Dunn, 27, moved back to Ewood Park after four injury-plagued seasons with Birmingham, and many believed his fitness problems had ruined his career.

But, while the midfielder had looked off the pace during his first games back at Blackburn, he turned in a man-of-the-match performance in Sunday's 2-1 victory at Bolton.

"That was probably my best game since coming back to the club," he told the Lancashire Evening Post.

"I felt good and I'm starting to feel as though I'm getting stronger with every game.

"I felt I worked hard off the ball, but, when I needed to get my foot on it and settle things down, I was able to do that as well.

"My awareness is coming back with each game as well, so I'm pleased with how things are going."
