Blackburn winger Morten Gamst Pedersen has been playing through the pain barrier with a broken rib.
The Norwegian ace sustained the injury earlier this month in the home defeat to Manchester United, but he has continued to play on with the problem.
Pedersen had a pain-killing injection so that he could play in last weekend's draw with Tottenham and he is set to do the same for Thursday's Uefa Cup clash with Feyenoord.
Rovers boss Mark Hughes has confirmed Pedersen will have to continue to tough it out with the injury.
"He's going to get some discomfort but, if he needs injections for games, we'll give them to him," said Hughes.
