Pedersen in dreamland

Morten Gamst Pedersen says his brace at Old Trafford was a dream come true.

Blackburn hero Morten Gamst Pedersen says he is in dreamland after scoring a brace against Manchester United.

The Norwegian winger helped his side to a tremendous 2-1 win at Old Trafford as he continued his impressive start to the season.

Pedersen netted with a free kick before capitalising on Paul Scholes' error as Mark Hughes' men triumphed, and the 24-year-old is still in disbelief at his match-winning role at the home of the English giants.

"Truly unbelievable, it was fantastic," Pedersen told NTB.

"It's not usual that you score two goals against Manchester United at Old Trafford.

"It is hard to describe the feelings, it is a childhood dream coming true," he added to VG.
