BLACKBURN ROVERS are understood to have agreed a deal with Parma's Vratislav Gresko, as Lorenzo Amoruso also looks set to finalise his protracted move on Friday.

Graeme Souness, fresh from sealing the capture of Feyenood's Brett Emerton, is likely to wrap up two more signings before the weekend.

Gresko impressed during a loan stint last term, and has been the subject of lengthy negotiations during the close season.

However, it is believed that an agreement has finally been reached for the full back to link up with Rovers on a permanent basis.

Rangers defender Amoruso had looked set to put pen-to-paper at Ewood Park some time ago, after a deal was thrashed out with the Scottish Premier League champions.

The Italian's agent Andrea D'Amico told planetfootball.com: "He's expected tomorrow night, when he should sign."
