Blackburn Rovers are very keen on signing the Republic of Ireland international and are believed to have had a bid turned down for his services.
"I've seen the papers but I've heard nothing," said Reid.
"Until the chairman or manager say they want to get rid of me or accepted a bid I am happy to play for Millwall.
"I have two years left on my contract and I am looking forward to pre-season."
Lions boss Mark McGhee has warned Blackburn boss Graeme Souness that he will not sell the midfielder on the cheap.
"I would not sell him for less than £4-5 million," said McGhee.
"If I was Graeme Souness I would be prepared to pay that because I know in two years' time I would realise what a bargain I'd picked up."
Meanwhile, McGhee revealed he is in talks with a mystery coach to join his backroom staff.
McGhee is looking for a new number two after Steve Gritt was sacked along with reserve team coach Joe McLaughlin last month.
"I am speaking to someone. I am hoping they will decide to come," McGhee told the South London Press.
"I hope to have some news on the issue as soon as possible."
