Roberto Soldado has reiterated his commitment to Valencia after reports linking the striker with a move to Tottenham Hotspur.
The 28-year-old is currently preparing for the Confederations Cup with Spain, but with rumours about his future persisting he has announced he does not want to leave the Mestalla.
"It is clear for me that I want to stay here and help Valencia return to the Champions League, where we deserve to be," Soldado told Valencian newspaper Super Deporte.
"That is despite the fact that we have not achieved our aim of doing that this season."
Reports in England suggested that Tottenham are preparing to make a £20million offer for Soldado as they continue their search for a new striker this summer.
While the player himself would like to stay, it is believed that Valencia are ready to listen to offers to fund signings for their new coach Miroslav Djukic.
