Norwich City left it late before completing a deal to take Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane on a season-long loan.
The 19-year-old impressed on loan at Millwall last season and the Canaries have swooped to take him to Carrow Road after being given an extension to push through the deal.
Norwich manager Chris Hughton was thrilled to secure the services of Kane, who was a key member of the England Under 19 side who made it to the semi-finals of the summer's European Championship.
"I'm delighted to bring in someone of the quality of Harry. He is a very talented young player and has bags of potential," Hughton told the club's official website.
"He enjoys scoring goals as he shown coming through the ranks at Spurs and during some good loan spells as well."
