Key players could be struggling for North London derby

Harry Redknapp has revealed that a number of his players were not fit to feature against Stevenage in the fifth round of the FA Cup on Sunday. Redknapp made several changes to his first-choice XI as Spurs were frustrated by their League One opponents in a goalless draw at Broadhall Way. Some of those changes were enforced, though, and Redknapp will be hoping to have all his key men available again for next weekend's North London derby at Arsenal. Benoit Assou-Ekotto had a minor groin operation on Monday and is doubtful, while Emmanuel Adebayor injured his knee in training and could also miss the game against his former club. Luka Modric missed the FA Cup clash with the flu and Rafael van der Vaart was absent because of a calf problem. Redknapp said: "Benoit had a small operation at the start of the week. Adebayor did his knee on Friday morning, he twisted it. "We thought he might have opened his ligament up, but it's not too bad and then Luka had an unbelievable temperature. He was really ill."
