Tottenham defender Sebastien Bassong has completed his loan move to Wolves until the end of the season.
Molineux boss Mick McCarthy had been keen to land the 25-year-old Cameroon international having pursued him throughout January.
And Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp revealed after Tuesday's win over Wigan that he was prepared to let Bassong leave having lined up Blackburn's Ryan Nelsen as a replacement.
Bassong is the third new player to arrive at Wolves during the transfer window, following another loan player, Emmanuel Frimpong from Arsenal, and Eggert Jonsson from Hearts.
The Premier League strugglers confirmed the deal in a statement on their official website, which read: "Wolves have signed Spurs defender, Sebastien Bassong, on loan until the end of the season."
Redknapp had indicated that he was willing to let Bassong leave due to the player's demoralised mindset as a consequence of his limited opportunities at Spurs.
The Tottenham boss said: "Seb needs to go - his head's down."
