Leyton Orient have signed Tottenham keeper Ben Alnwick on a one-month loan to stand-in for injured stoppers Jamie Jones and David Button.

The 24-year-old former Sunderland stopper becomes the O's third Friday signing, joining striker Kevin Lisbie and midfielder Tom Clarke at Brisbane Road. "Ben was a near-million pound player when he went from Sunderland to Spurs and he's had Premier League experience," O's boss Russell Slade told the club's official website. "He's a keeper with pedigree and quality and we're looking forward to working with him."
