Tottenham goalkeeper David Button has returned to Crewe Alexandra.
Button joined Crewe in the summer on a long-term loan, but he was recalled by Spurs following Heurelho Gomes' injury.
Now the 20-year-old has been given permission to return to Crewe to complete an initial six-month loan.
Crewe could now hand Button a start against Stockport in their Johnstone's Paint Trophy clash on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, the club have confirmed that striker Clayton Donaldson will be sidelined for eight weeks after breaking his fibula.
