Gillingham have completed the signing of Tottenham forward Andy Barcham on a permanent deal.
The 22-year-old has been on loan with the Gills for three months and the clubs recently agreed a deal for him to stay at Priestfield for the rest of the season.
It was thought that Gillingham had only agreed to keep Barcham on loan, but it has now been confirmed that it is in fact a permanent move on a contract until June 2009.
Barcham - who has been deployed on the wing for much of his spell in Kent - has scored five goals for the club so far.
The paperwork on the transfer was completed in time for him to reclaim his place in manager Mark Stimson's team for the FA Cup clash with Aston Villa on Sunday.
