Norwich boss Nigel Worthington has confirmed he is interested in Tottenham youngster Tom Huddlestone.
The Canaries have been linked with a loan move for the England Under-21 international as they look to bolster their squad.
Huddlestone is well down the pecking order at White Hart Lane and the midfielder spent a spell on loan at Wolves last season.
Worthington is a big fan of the former Derby starlet and would be keen on bringing him to Carrow Road.
"Again he's a player I much admire," Worthington told the club's official website.
"If there's a loan available it's something I would explore."
Worthington also admitted he tried to sign Southend striker Freddy Eastwood earlier in the summer.
The Canaries chief will come face to face with Eastwood on Tuesday when Norwich tackle Southend and he revealed Southend rejected their overtures for the talented forward..
"He's a player we enquired about and a player we like. But he wasn't for sale and we respected that, that's the situation," added Worthington.
