Reports from Scandinavia continue to link both Tottenham and West Ham with a move for Kim Kallstrom.
The Sweden international has impressed for Rennes since moving to France from his homeland, with Real Betis also monitoring his progress.
While Kallstrom is believed to be ready to seek pastures new, Rennes are reticent to part with their influential midfielder - with coach Laszlo Boloni a firm admirer of the player.
Rennes insist they have not yet received a bid for Kallstrom, in the process reiterating their desire to keep him in Ligue 1.
''We haven't received any offers,'' club spokesman Jerome Poupard told TT.
''Everyone wants him to stay, the president, the coach and his team-mates.
''He is a good player and we need him.''
