Paul Robinson has revealed he is making good progress from his knee injury.Paul Robinson has revealed he is making good progress from the knee injury that forced him to miss Tottenham's final two games of last season.
The England keeper suffered ligament damage after colliding with Darius Vassell in Spurs' 5-1 win over Aston Villa at the beginning of May.
Robinson has been working hard over the close season to make sure he is ready for the new campaign and is pleased with how things have developed to date.
"I'm working on getting fit and it's going really well," he stated.
The former Leeds star also laughed off claims he was part of a large group of players who had headed off to the Greek party island of Zante.
Amongst them is Birmingham's Jermaine Pennant who was allegedly caught up in a physical confrontation, however, Robinson insists he is spending time away with his family and doing everything to aid his recovery.
"Partying in clubs and bars is not on the schedule," he continued.
"I'm with my wife, my baby and parents in Portugal - relaxing and concentrating on the rehab programme for my knee."
