The veteran shot-stopper failed to wrestle the number one jersey from Kasey Keller last season and is tipped to leave White Hart Lane prior to the big kick-off in The Premiership.
Sullivan is desperate to secure first-team football and his plight in the capital has put Villa and Wolves on red alert.
Villa are scouring for a keeper after manager David O'Leary failed to lure Paul Robinson from his old club Leeds.
O'Leary has now turned his attentions to Sullivan and a £500,000 bid for the Scottish international is thought to be in the pipeline.
Premiership new boys Wolves are also on Sullivan's trail as boss, Dave Jones, wants an experienced back-up for England Under-21 international Matt Murray.
Sullivan certainly possesses a wealth of top-flight experience but may not be tempted by the prospect of swapping the White Hart Lane bench for the Molineux equivalent.
Villa Park would be a more attractive proposition, particularly as he would be given the chance to rival Peter Enckelman and Stefan Postma to become number one under O'Leary.
