Davies picks up Welsh gong

The 23-year-old's emergence over the last 12 months has been stunning. He is now an established part of Mark Hughes's Welsh side, as well as being an essential asset domestically for Tottenham.
The former Peterborough midfielder picked up his award at the Vale of Glamorgan Hotel on Thursday evening - beating off competition from John Hartson and last year's winner Craig Bellamy.
Cardiff's Robert Earnshaw picked up the young player's award, ahead of team-mate Daniel Gabbidon - who picked up the 'clubman' of the year gong.
