Paul Robinson has said his goodbyes at Millwall after bringing to an end a 14-year spell with the club.

The 32-year-old, who made 362 appearances since signing professional forms in 2001, has had his contract cancelled so he can find a deal with another club having spent the first half of this season on loan at Portsmouth.

"I have loved every single minute of playing for Millwall and I want to thank all the fans for their support over the years," he told the club's official website.

"They have helped to give me the platform to achieve my dreams by wearing that lion on my chest.

"Millwall's will be the first result I look out for every weekend and I know that the club can continue to go from strength to strength.

"It is unfortunate that my time at The Den has come to an end but I wish the manager, his coaching team, the board, the players and all the fans the very best of luck for the future."
