Harley eyes Millers stay

Notts County defender Jon Harley would welcome an extended stay at Rotherham.

Harley joined the Millers on an initial month's loan in October before prolonging his deal with the South Yorkshire club until January. The 32-year-old's deal is set to expire and he told the Rotherham Advertiser: "If it could work for everyone and I could stay, then great, but it's not as straightforward as that, as everyone knows. "Honestly, I don't know what will happen over the next few days. It would be nice to stay on but my priority is the next two games against Cheltenham and Bradford and we'll see what happens after that. "The priority was to come and play games and that's what I've done. I've enjoyed my football, the company of the lads and the coaches and being around the place. "The fans have been fantastic as well."
