U's players lay spat to rest

Image: Craddock: Fought to take penalty

Oxford's Tom Craddock insists he and team-mate Peter Leven have put their bust-up behind them as the hectic festive schedule approaches.

The pair argued on the pitch about who was going to take a penalty during the 2-0 defeat of Northampton last weekend. Craddock eventually took the spot-kick instead of designated penalty taker Leven and skied his effort over the bar. But the 25-year-old has maintained the incident has been put firmly in the past. He told BBC Radio Oxford: "We had a little disagreement but all was cleared up maybe half-an-hour after the game and we're back to being good friends now. "Peter will take the next one and I hope he scores."
