Cardiff midfielder Solomon Taiwo is attracting interest from Chesterfield and Oxford United, according to Sky Sports sources.
The 26-year-old has made just one appearance in the Championship this season and despite catching the eye in the reserves, Taiwo is finding it tough to break into Malky Mackay's promotion-chasing first team. Taiwo has played against League Two outfit Oxford in this season's Carling Cup back in August while Chesterfield are looking to improve their survival bid having sunk to the bottom of League One. Taiwo, who enjoyed a successful spell on loan at Dagenham & Redbridge last season, is willing to drop down the divisions in January and may now get his chance.
