Dunne: We all need to chip in

Exeter need to share goalscoring responsibilities if they are to stay away from trouble in League One, says midfielder James Dunne.

The Grecians, who lost goal threats Jamie Cureton and Ryan Harley in the summer, had only managed two strikes away from home in the league prior to the 4-4 draw at Sheffield United on Saturday. But four separate players all pitched in with efforts at Bramall Lane to ensure a crucial point for the Devon outfit, and Dunne said such events need to be replicated if Exeter are to continue claiming positive results. "With Jamie and Ryan gone, that was our goals really," he told the Western Morning News. "Nards (Daniel Nardiello) has come up with a fair few himself, but we can't rely just on him and the strikers. "We all need to chip in. We have go into Saturday's game (at home to Carlisle) looking to win now, and there is no reason why we can't after we have won two and drawn one."
