Gillingham have announced the signing of six new players for the 2011/12 campaign for next season.

Following the capture of 28-year-old striker Danny Kedwell from AFC Wimbledon, the Gills have secured the services of midfielder Chris Whelpdale, 24, who had a spell on loan at Priestfield from Peterborough last season, scoring three goals in four appearances. Experienced Millwall defender Andy Frampton, 31, and midfielder Lewis Montrose, 22, from Wycombe, have also joined the Kent club. They have also signed highly-rated Dover duo Ross Flitney and Matt Fish.
