Seagulls manager issues warning to any loan arrivals

Brighton boss Gus Poyet has warned any new goalkeeper who joins the club before Thursday's loan deadline that they will be playing back-up to Peter Brezovan. Poyet wants some goalkeeping cover after regular No.1 Michel Kuipers was ruled out for the season with a broken finger. But Brezovan's performances, including a penalty save in Saturday's 2-0 win at Oldham, mean Poyet will not be able to guarantee a new goalkeeper a place in the team. "We have plenty of options, but it depends what you are looking for," said the Brighton manager. "Most available goalkeepers just want to come and play and with all due respect to them, and it doesn't matter where they are coming from, with Peter in his current form they have no chance of that."
