Argentine happy at Parc Lescure, but prepared to listen to offers

Bordeaux star Fernando Cavenaghi admits he would be willing to listen to offers from clubs who wish to secure his services. The Argentine forward has impressed at Stade Chaban-Delmas and is the current top scorer in Ligue 1, reportedly attracting the attention of Tottenham. Bordeaux currently sit third in the table and Cavenaghi insists he is not looking to leave last season's runners-up, but the former Spartak Moscow man confesses he is keeping an open mind. "I don't think about it," the 25-year-old told L'Equipe when asked about a potential New-Year exit. "However, I am keen to listen to good propositions. I have to manage my career. "But I don't want to leave. If I have to stay I would be very happy because I feel at ease at Bordeaux." Meanwhile, reports in France suggest that 19-year-old forward Gabriel Obertan could join Monaco in January.
