Portsmouth goalkeeper David James does not believe his team-mates will be overawed when they host AC Milan in the Uefa Cup on Thursday.
Tony Adams' charges tackle the Serie A giants in Group E looking to bounce back from their defeat at Braga last month.
James is eagerly anticipating the encounter at Fratton Park and feels it will be a special night for the club.
He told Sky Sports News: "I am on the eve of (one of) Portsmouth's biggest days.
"That is what I wanted to do when I joined the club, create history if you like.
"For Portsmouth Football Club it is possibly the biggest fixture ever to be had here at Fratton Park.
"Tomorrow will be something to remember for Portsmouth players and fans for many a day.
"We won't be overawed, this is the sort of challenge we look forward to.
"To have AC Milan come to Fratton Park is a massive, massive day in the club's history."
