Lyon have accepted two offers for wantaway striker Fred, according to Les Gones president Jean-Michel Aulas.
The Brazil striker recently signalled his intention to leave the French champions after losing his place in the starting line-up to Karim Benzema.
And Aulas is ready to sell with Paris St Germain known to be one of the interested parties.
He told L'Equipe: "We have accepted two offers, one of which is from PSG, and it is now up to Fred to decide.
"Both offers were financially satisfactory."
PSG are keen to secure the services of Fred and officials will try to accelerate talks for the striker, who is under contract at Lyon until 2009.
Premier League side Middlesbrough are thought to be the other club who have made a bid, although Portsmouth and Tottenham are also interested.
The 24-year-old is thought to favour a move to the French capital and a meeting between the players' agent and the club is set to go ahead.
Fred is part of the Lyon squad to face Toulouse on Sunday so any deal looks likely to be finalised early next week.
