Leicester boss Rob Kelly is refusing to be drawn on speculation that has suggested he is weighing up a move for Portsmouth striker Svetoslav Todorov.
Milan Mandaric's £25million takeover of Leicester has led to almost inevitable talk of his returning to former club Portsmouth, to raid Fratton Park for some of the players he brought to the South Coast.
It has been suggested Dejan Stefanovic's situation is being monitored by the Championship strugglers and now, Todorov has been mooted as a possible target.
Kelly is, though, reticent to conduct his club's transfer business through the media and he is determined to remain tight-lipped over such matters.
"We are going to get plenty of this sort of stuff now because of who the club's new owner is," said Kelly.
"If and when we do make an enquiry about a player it will be through the proper channels, and not through the media.
"The new owner has come in but we still have our existing scouting network in place doing the job they have always done."
