Richard Duffy is relishing the prospect of aiding Swansea's push for promotion from League One.
The Swans swooped to sign the defender on loan from Portsmouth this week and Duffy is happy to be back for a second spell at the club.
"I'm looking forward to pulling on a Swans shirt again and it's nice to see a few old faces still here," said Duffy.
Duffy came through the ranks at Swansea and admits the club has a different feel to it at The Liberty Stadium.
"It's a different world to the Vetch and there's definitely a lot more quality in the squad. Swansea are in a good position just behind the main two and I hope I can help them achieve their promotion goal," he stated.
Duffy was on loan at Coventry earlier in the season and he added: "I suppose I didn't expect to be back so soon, but I've got around 100 Championship games under my belt since I left and I hope I'm 100 games better as a player.''
