Portsmouth striker James Keene has left Fratton Park to join Swedish club Elfsborg.
The 21-year-old has signed a five-year deal at the Swedish champions after a successful spell on loan at league rivals GAIS.
Keene was well down the pecking order at Portsmouth and he has decided to move on to further his career.
Keene scored 10 goals in 24 games for GAIS and Elfsborg have moved to snap him up from under the noses of their rivals.
Elfsborg director Thomas Nyberg was overjoyed to land the talented striker.
"We are delighted to welcome James to the town of Boras," said Nyberg.
