Collins looking for move

Collins Mbesuma's agent is looking around Europe for a new club.

Collins Mbesuma's agent is looking around Europe for a new club.

The Zambian is not part of Portsmouth's plans for next season, although he is under contract until 2009.

Mbesuma, who failed to start a single Premiership game following his switch from Kaizer Chiefs last summer, is hoping soon seal a move away as soon as possible.

"Collins hasn't been released by Portsmouth," his agent Mike Makaab told Kick Off.

"He still has a three-year contract in place in England and while he may not be in Harry Redknapp's plans for the Premiership next season, with Portsmouth's permission, we will look for other clubs in Europe for him.

"At this stage there is interest from two clubs in Europe so he is not coming back to play in South Africa. Collins is at home in Luanshya now while we plan a new venture for him."
