Miccoli eyed by Parma

Parma are the latest club to express an interest in Juventus striker Fabrizio Miccoli.

Parma are the latest club to express an interest in Juventus striker Fabrizio Miccoli.

The talented Italy international has been a long-term target for Portsmouth and Benfica but the Gialloblu look to have stolen a march on their rivals.

Despite having already added Bernardo Corradi and Marco Delvecchio to their squad this summer, Parma are still on the lookout for attacking reinforcements.

Miccoli has returned to Juventus after a loan spell at Fiorentina last term but with competition for a first team place fierce at the Old Lady, Miccoli is looking for a move in what is an important year building up to the World Cup.

It is thought Miccoli favours to stay in Serie A and he could be joined at Parma by another Juve player out of favour - Igor Tudor - who remains a target for Bolton.
