Sky Sources have confirmed that Samrit Bunditkitsada's takeover at Reading has been completed with the sale and purchase order being signed.
The 39-year-old's Thai consortium has struck a deal to buy a 90 per cent stake in the club, according to Sky sources.
The deal, which still needs go through the Football League's Owners and Directors test, was reportedly in doubt due to legal costs.
It was claimed that offshore lending company Vibrac, who are effectively running the club, were demanding their legal fees were paid.
However, a deal was thrashed out at a board meeting on Thursday morning at the Madejski Stadium.
