Reading defender Shaun Cummings believes their game with Liverpool on Saturday will offer similar challenges to their last Premier League clash with Swansea.
Brian McDermott's side secured a 2-2 draw at the Liberty Stadium before the international break and Liverpool play a similar brand of passing football under Brendan Rodgers to his former club Swansea.
"I know Brendan Rodgers really well. It will be the same game plan of keeping the ball and passing it around," Cummings told getreading.com.
"We had that against Swansea in our last league game so looking back on that, we are going to take the Liverpool match in a similar way.
"They're going to want to keep and pass the ball."
Royals right-back Cummings insists they will not be overawed by their trip to Anfield though, as they look to pull clear of the Premier League relegation zone.
"It's about focusing on what we've got to do. We don't like to think too much into what this Liverpool side can do," he added.
"They've been in the Premier League for a number of years now, so we've got to prove ourselves and show why we deserve to be in the league as well."
