Reading boss Brian McDermott insists he is determined not to sell any of his players in January.
Shane Long has been linked with a possible move to Premier League strugglers West Ham while Simon Church is reported to be interesting Wolves, who are also battling to keep their place in the top flight.
The strike pair have helped Reading establish themselves as contenders for promotion to the Premier League as the Royals are just one place outside the Championship play-offs heading into their last 20 games of the season.
Neither is angling for a move so McDermott is eager to keep his side together and has stood firm as interest in his key players increases.
"I'm not thinking about anyone leaving," h e told the Reading Evening Post.
"There isn't anyone knocking my door down wanting to leave. The players are enjoying their football."
