Charlton Athletic are waiting to discover the severity of the knee injury suffered by on-loan striker David Mooney against Millwall.
Mooney picked up the injury in the second half of Saturday's 4-4 draw against the Addicks' London rivals and was replaced by fellow on-loan front man Akpo Sodje.
He is due to undergo a scan on the injury and Charlton boss Phil Parkinson is keeping his fingers crossed for good news.
"Mooney's going to have to have a scan on his knee so that's a blow for us, but we'll know more about it in the week," said Parkinson.
Since joining the club on loan from Reading in October, Mooney has scored twice in 11 appearances and is currently due to return to the Madejski Stadium at the end of the month.
