Cheltenham Town have snapped up Reading teenager Nicholas Bignall on a one-month loan deal.
Bignall, who can play on the wing or up front, scored once in seven appearances for Northampton Town earlier this season.
He will now gain further experience at Whaddon Road, with Cheltenham boss Martin Allen also hoping to bring in another new face before the weekend.
Allen told the club's official website: "He is a player I've watched on many occasions and have seen him grow and develop.
"We have signed him on a one-month loan with a possibility of extending it further. He is young, raw, hungry and fast.
"I am currently waiting on another deal which I hope will be completed in time for Saturday's game."
