Nicholas Bignall has gone back to Reading following a month-long stint at Northampton Town.
The teenage striker, who has yet to make a senior appearance for Reading, scored once in seven outings for the Cobblers.
Northampton boss Stuart Gray confirmed Bignall has returned to the Madejski Stadium and hopes the 18-year-old enjoyed his time with the League One club.
"Nicholas has returned to Reading," Gray told the club's official website.
"He has helped us out through the last few weeks and we thank him for his efforts.
"We are also grateful to Steve Coppell for allowing us to borrow Nicholas, and hopefully Nicholas will have enjoyed and benefited from his time with us."
