Cochrane and Karacan bolster Jackett's options

Millwall have added to their squad for the closing weeks of the season with the double signing of Justin Cochrane and Jem Karacan. Cochrane, who was released by League One rivals Yeovil Town in January, has signed a short-term contract at the Den. The midfielder has been training with Millwall over the past week and is now aiming to force his way into Kenny Jackett's side. "Kenny knows me well and asked me along for a trial a few days ago," Cochrane told the club's official website. "I scored for the reserves at Watford last week and am delighted to be here.

Determined

"I am determined to earn a spot in the squad and hopefully the first team." Teenage midfielder Karacan has agreed a one-month loan deal from Reading, having already made 17 appearances for Bournemouth this season. Both players could be included in Millwall's plans for Saturday's League One encounter against Oldham Athletic.
